At DJ Connection we pride ourselves on doing a great job everytime as we strive to make every event custom-tailored and epic. To accomplish this we are America’s only DJ service to incorporate a 100% Merit-Based Pay System for our employees and staff. Essentially we ask all of our clients to rate our DJs’ performances, and then the DJs get paid accordingly. And with this system in place, someone would have to be slightly nuts to work for us if they were not absolutely committed to providing excellence in all that they do when working for DJ Connection. 4- It would have been nice to have more than a day and a half notice that my songs had to be in by 1200 or 1230. When I spoke with Clay initially, he said someone would call the week before the wedding to confirm final song selections, etc, but I didn’t hear from any one until the day before.
