Since 2005 DJ Jason Bailey has been a member of the DJ Connection team. Having first started out as a contractor, he is now the Vice President of our mobile tulsa wedding dj juggernaut company. His ascension to the top is nothing short of remarkable, and his work ethic is unparalled.
Jason first came to DJ Connection as a poor college student attending North Eastern State University in Talequah. He started out essentially interning on a commission only basis at the home office of DJ Connection. However, because he was horrible at sales, he basically worked for free. And he continued working for free while attending college, working at a grocery store and being a husband / father to his beautiful kids.
How he did it, I will never know, but he did do it. DJ Jason Bailey decided that success was going to be in his future and he forced his reality to confirm to his dreams. By arriving early, staying late, getting things done, being open to criticism and never calling in sick DJ Jason built himself into an assett for DJ Connection.
Several months after beginning work at DJ Connection, DJ Jason began developing a software program that would help DJ Connection standardize our booking procedure. Jason did this without prompting and because he cared (about himself, the company and his family).
4 years later, I am proud to say that Jason Bailey is my friend and one of my favorite employees all-time. Jason Bailey, I salute you.
